Weston, Massachusetts

Located 15 miles outside of Boston, Weston is one of the most affluent locales in New England. This upper class town maintains a rural-ambiance with many scenic roads, historic properties, and manicured estates. In fact, more than 18% of the town’s total acreage is preserved as parks, wetlands, fields, and forests.

Framingham, Massachusetts

Located just west of Natick, Framingham offers more affordable homes with access to the same great shopping and restaurant destinations. It is home to many major companies including Staples, Bose, and TJX. In 2017 Framingham grew large enough to change its status from a town to a city, but this city still retains a community feeling in its suburban neighborhoods.

Watertown, Massachusetts

Founded by English Puritans in 1630, Watertown was one of the first settlements of the Massachusetts Bay Company. Over the years it has grown into a diverse city with a mix of dense urban areas and more disperse neighborhoods. Demand for homes in Watertown has been steadily increasing year after year thanks in part to its position between Newton, Waltham, Belmont, and Cambridge.

Belmont, Massachusetts

Belmont is a distinguished residential suburb with well ranked schools and an excellent reputation. Belmont Hill is notable for its graceful mansions, but the town mostly consists of single family homes in well-maintained neighborhoods and a couple of small commercial areas.

Westwood, Massachusetts
